Definition
Defines whether you want to print a payment summary/group certificate on termination.
Use
Selecting this indicator prompts the Terminations program to create a payment summary/group certificate for the employee. The payment summary or group certificate is written to a spool request and can be printed from the spooler.
In case you do not flag this field, you can issue a payment summary/ group certificate at a later date (for example, at the end of the year) by running the Payment Summaries/Group Certificates program.
Dependencies
The Terminations program generates a spool request for payment summaries/group certificates only after you have updated the termination (that is, terminated the employee).
