Indicates that the termination payment is not considered for calculating the lump Sum D or for the type 'invalidity', but will be part of Eligible Termination Payments (ETP).
ETP includes 'In Lieu of Notice' Payments, RDO Accrual, Sick Leave, Ex-Gratia Payments (Golden Hand Shakes) and any other termination payments not considered for leave payments.
Use
If you flag this field, the system neither includes the termination payment in the lump sum D calculation, nor processes it as an invalidity payment, but will be processed as part of ETP payments.
