Indicates the minimum payment options used on termination.

Use

Select one of the minimum payout figures as applicable:

• No Minimum
  No minimum payments are necessary. The employee will be paid according to the redundancy rules configured.
• Minimum Weeks to be Paid
  Compares the figure entered in Minimum weeks field with the value calculated by redundancy program and pays the higher of the two figures.
• Minimum Dollars to be Paid
  Compares the figure entered in Minimum Dollars field with the value calculated by redundancy program and pays the higher of the two figures.
