Definition
Specifies the minimum number of hours employees must work before they are eligible to company superannuation contributions.
Use
This field is used in:
- Super Guarantee Contributions (SGC)
If employees are under the age specified in the field Minimum Age, they must at least work the number of hours specified to be eligible for SGC. This is the number of hours above which the under age employee is no longer considered to be a part-time employee. - Superannuation Rules
Minimum number of hours an employee must work in the payroll period to be included in this fund if they are between the ages specified in the Minimum Age and Maximum Age fields.
