Indicates the maximum payment options used on termination.

Use

Select one of the maximum payout figures as applicable:

• No Maximum
  No maximum needs to be paid. The employee will be paid according to the redundancy rules configured.
• Maximum Weeks to be Paid
  Compares the figure entered in Maximum Weeks field with the value calculated by redundancy program and pays the lower of the two figures.
• Maximum Dollars to be Paid
  Compares the figure entered in the Maximum Dollars field with the value calculated by redundancy program and pays the lower of the two figures.
