Definition
Defines whether the Leave Entitlement infotype (0005) has been updated by the Leave Batch Update program.
Use
The Leave Batch Update program automatically updates leave data in the Leave Entitlement infotype. Depending on whether the Leave Batch Update program has been run, the payslips program retrieves leave data from different places in the system when an employee's payslip is printed.
If you flag this field, the payslips program assumes that the Leave Entitlement infotype has been updated by the Leave Batch Update program, and prints the leave entitlement data stored in the infotype onto your employees' payslips.
If you leave this field blank, the payslips program assumes that the Leave Entitlement infotype has not been updated by the Leave Batch Update program, and prints the leave entitlement data stored in the payroll results cluster onto your employees' payslips.
