Definition
Specify the amount of Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) or SFSS over payment amount that the employee has paid to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). This overpayment amount is reimbursed to the employee in the subsequent payroll periods by reducing the tax of the employee.
The over payment details should be present in the infotype record(s) of the employee for the entire financial year.

Example
An employee receives a variation on 01.10.2004 specifying that an HELP over payment of AUD 1000 is to be reimbursed to the employee.
The employee receives another variation on 05.11.2004 specifying that an SFSS over payment of AUD 2000 is to be reimbursed to the employee.
In this scenario, the following Income Tax Withholding Variation infotype (0817) records for the employee will hold the corresponding details:
- Valid from 01.10.2004 to 04.11.2004
- HELP Over Payment Amount is AUD 1000
- Valid from 05.11.2004 to 30.06.2005
- HELP Over Payment Amount is AUD 1000
- SFSS Over Payment Amount is AUD 2000
