Definition
Defines whether a separate payment summary/group certificate is issued for the employee.
Use
In addition to payment summaries/group certificates created at the end of the financial year, you can issue separate payment summaries/group certificates to employees who change group employer/ABN during the financial year. If you flag this field, the system creates a separate payment summary/group certificate for the employee(s).
Further notes
If the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has given you permission to report employees who are employed under multiple group employers/ABN's as if they were employed under one group employer/ABN, you should not flag this option.
