Definition
Identifies the destination printer for the Employee Allowances report that lists the allowances over and above the seven allowances printed on payment summaries/group certificates.
The Payment Summary/Group Certificates program automatically prints an Allowances report, if an employee receives more than seven allowances in the financial year.
Use
The field automatically defaults to the printer set up in the Payment Summaries/Group Certificates Layout Set and Printer feature (13GCR) in the Payment Summaries/Group Certificates section of Customizing for Payroll Australia.
To change the default printer, you must reconfigure feature 13GCR.
To temporarily use a different printer, you must set up the relevant printer and then overwrite the default printer displayed in this field.
If you leave the field blank, the Allowances report is written to a spool request to enable you to print the report once a printer has been defined.
