Documentation
Definition
Indicates the payment type of the lump sum payment A (LSA)
In the standard SAP system, this field has the following options:
- R : Indicates the payment type in case of genuine redundancy, invalidity or early retirement
- T: Indicates the payment type for reasons excluding genuine redundancy, invalidity or early retirement
Note
If you leave this field blank, the system considers that the employee has not received lump sum A payment. For the financial year 2010, even if there are no LSA payments made to an employee, the LSA type field in Payment Summary Australia (0849) infotype still displays T. However, the following reports still display this field as blank.
- Payment Summary 2007 Onwards (RPCPSPQ0)
- Generating ATO Magnetic Media file & Reconciliation(RPCPSAQ0)
