Documentation
Definition
Denotes whether an employee has received a payment summary during the financial year or at the end of the financial year.
Use
You cannot change this field manually. The Payment Summaries/ Group Certificates program automatically updates the field based on whether you issue a payment summary for the entire financial year or for part of the financial year.
Note
For the 1999/2000 financial year, you can only issue a final payment summary.
In subsequent financial years, you can issue both final and part-year payment summaries.
