Definition
Denotes the maximum number of continuous years service an employee must accrue before the quota type can be paid out.
Use
If the quota type is to be paid out regardless of the number of continuous service years, leave this field blank.
The system derives the minimum number of continuous service years from the maximum number of years entered in the previous record.
The system derives the maximum number of continuous service years using the formula Maximum service years > Employees years of service.
