Documentation
Definition
Determines whether the total number of LWOP absence days or only the LWOP absence days in excess of the threshold value are used to calculate the new anniversary date/reduce entitlement.
Example
You have entered a threshold value of 10 days in the LWOP threshold field, and an employee in your company has had 21 LWOP absence days. The system compares the 21 LWOP absences to the threshold value of 10 days.
If you flag this field, the system defers the anniversary date/reduces entitlement by the full 21 days.
If you do not flag this field, the system defers the anniversary date/ reduces entitlement by the number of days in excess of the threshold value (21 - 10 = 11 days).
