Definition
Defines the date type used as the anniversary date in long-service leave (LSL) calculations in Personnel Time Management.
Use
Since LSL does not roll over every year (as annual leave and sick leave might), the anniversary date for LSL must be the same as the employee's start date with the organisation.
If you enter a date type in this field, the leave conversion program automatically enters the date type in the Date Specifications Infotype (0041) for each employee selected, and uses the employee's start date as the date value.
