Definition
Defines the impact a leave without pay (LWOP) absence has on a transfer period.
Use
In this field, you can configure LWOP absences to either:
- Have no impact on the transfer period, or
- Extend the transfer period by the length of the LWOP absence, or
- Check a threshold value before extending the transfer period.
If the threshold value has been exceeded, the transfer period is extended, otherwise it remains unchanged.
