Definition
Indicates that a payment summary for foreign employment has been issued to the employee by the Payroll or HR department without executing the Program for generation of Payment Summary Foreign Employment(RPCPFEQ0) report.
Use
If you issue a payment summary for foreign employment manually without executing the Program for generation of Payment Summary Foreign Employment (RPCPFEQ0) report, you must set an indicator that the system has issued a payment summary to the employee.
You create a record in Payment Summary FE Australia (3348) infotype. If you set the Manual field to yes the system allows you to maintain the following fields:
- From
- To
- Start date of payment summary for foreign employment
- End date of payment summary for foreign employment
All other fields contain either default values or zero. In this case, the system identifies that you are maintaining values in this field manually.
