Indicates if the allowance report is printed.
Use
You must select this field if the number of allowances exceeds four and you want all the allowances details to be printed in a separate form.
If the number of allowances is less than or equal to four, then these will be printed on the payment summary report irrespective of whether you select With allowance report or not.
