Documentation
Definition
The PAY seniority (in years and months) is the seniority used to determine the level of the employee's salary inside a pay scale. It is based on all the career of the employee.
Use
The pay seniority of the infotype 0623 will be used by the seniority calculation tool, program RPUSEN12. The pay seniority that the employee obtained during the previous employment will be counted as part of the whole pay seniority.
Procedure
If years and/or months are entered here, RPUSEN12 adds these values to the calculated seniority.
If no value are entered, RPUSEN12 assumes that no seniority is obtained.
Note
The working time fraction of the infotype 0623 (Max.Hrs/Week) is not taken into account during the seniority calculation. This means that the period of pay seniority calculated by the system or entered manually is not changed and used as such.
