Documentation
Definition
The LEVEL seniority (in years and months) is an administrative seniority. This seniority is related to the periode in which the employee stayed inside a same level or equalized level (ex. A, E,... or 1, 2+, ...).
Use
The level seniority of the infotype 0623 will be used by the seniority calculation tool, program RPUSEN12. The level seniority that the employee obtained during the previous employment will be counted as part of the whole level seniority.
Procedure
If years and/or months are entered here, RPUSEN12 adds these values to the calculated seniority.
If no value are entered, RPUSEN12 assumes that no seniority is obtained.
Note
The working time fraction of the infotype 0623 (Max.Hrs/Week) is not taken into account during the seniority calculation. This means that the period of level seniority calculated by the system or entered manually is not changed and used as such.
