Definition

If this checkbox is flagged, then the employee is still working under the old personnel statute. If it isn't, the employee works under the new personnel statute.

In each town, city or local public organisation the decision makers have introduced since 01/01/1994 the New Personnel Statute.

The New Personnel Statute has the objective to revalue their human resources (personnel), to introduce the HRM-approach and to adjust new rules for seniority calculation.

This transfer decision (to go or not to go for the new statute) can only be made on governmental level.

But each employee can choose if he wants to go over to the New Personnel Statute.
