Definition

Enables you to specify whether the white or blue-collar works according to a predefined pattern of days off/worked days. If he or she works according to a fixed pattern, select Fixed. If not, select Variable. In this case, the system will calculate an average based on the available quarterly data.

If you want to combine Fixed hours pattern and Variable rule for weekly work days, select Computed work regime, fixed hours

This field is eventually used to trigger the calculation of the mean value that is stored in the field Working days system (00047) of the electronic DMFA file.

Use

This field is mandatory if you have selected the Variable option.
