Definition

Enables you to specify the external workplace address code of the selected employee.

This field is used to fill in the following fields of the electronic Dimona file:

• 20401and 20901 to 20906 (for students),
• 20401 to 20408 (for interim workers).

You can customize the following tables in the relevant IMG steps (Payroll Belgium > Basic Settings > Authority Types and Authorities) to meet your business-specific needs:

• T5B9B
  This table enables you to maintain the institution group External workplace (0022).
• T5B9A
  This table enables you to maintain the codes for the above-mentioned group.
