Definition
Since the 01.01.1987 the wage moderation contribution has been integrated
to the standard ONSS/RSZ contributions (the total rate for the employer
and for the employee is saved in table T5BV3).
The wage moderation is the only one of the components of the standard
contribution (list of components in table T5BV1) which is not only
dependant on the employer category but as well on the employee category.
This rate differenciation doesn't fit into table T5BV1. Therefore, the
rate of wage moderation per employee category is maintained in table
T5BV3 (according to the legal specification from the ONSS/RSZ in the
summary table of all contribution rates).
