Documentation
Definition
Specifies the date on which payroll results are selected for Social Balance Reporting purposes.
Use
You use this field to determine which payroll results are included in the Social Balance Declaration. This is the date used to read the payroll data and the last date considered for payroll calculations for the declaration reporting period.
You can specify a date or leave this field blank. If no date is specified, the system uses the date in the Generation Date field.
Dependencies
The use of this date is similar to the use of the first period in the TAX declaration: Closing payroll period of actual tax period (BETAX) feature, used for Belcotax and Finprof reporting.
Example
For example, you have prepared the Social Balance Declaration in January, but need to complete some retrospective payroll calculations in March and April. These changes concern the previous year and impact the Social Balance Declaration data. If you specify the last payroll date as 28.02.current_year, then these retrospective calculations are not taken into account.
