Definition

Indicates whether the reorganization measure applies on a full-time or part-time basis. In exceptional cases, where the reorganization measure does not impact the work schedule, the reorganization measure type is not applicable.

Use

The system defaults the type based on the reorganization measure selected.

You can change the default value in selected cases.

The type provides further information regarding the reorganization measure, as some measures can be either full or part-time; this has consequences for data processing. The reorganization measure type is not applicable in some cases, for example, if the employee has a recognized partial illness (RPI).

Dependencies

Example

Consider an employee assigned to one the following reorganization measures:

• Full-time career interruption (003)
  In this case, the reorganization measure type defaults to full-time and cannot be changed.
• Reduced benefits for personal reasons (506)
  In this case, you can choose whether the measure applies to the employee on a full-time or part-time basis.
