Definition
Enables you to specify the percentage of the remuneration on an annual basis (number of paid days/reported days). This percentage has to be reported when the working time reduction has been applied by means of an accrued hourly remuneration and unpaid compensation days.
The value of this field is retrieved by the DMFA report (RPCDMFB0) for further processing and stored in the field Percentage of the remuneration on an annual basis (00069) of the electronic DMFA file.
Use
This field is mandatory for remunerations (remuneration code 01) and when the worker is eligible for a working time reduction by means of an accrued hourly remuneration and unpaid compensation days.
