Definition
Specifies the start date of the period to which the occupational data for the Public Service relates. If this data remains unchanged after the employee starts his/her duty for this employer, the entry data corresponds to the start date of employment in the Public Sector.
If this data changes, such as the information related to rank, the start date corresponds to the start date of the change.

Dependencies
The value of this field is retrieved by the DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report for further processing and is stored in the Occupation PSD Start Date (0964) field of the electronic DmfA file.
