Definition

Enables you to specify the identification number of the blue or white-collar's workplace. If he or she is employed in more than one workplace, specify the identification number of the most recent workplace.

The value of this field is retrieved for further processing by:

• The DMFA program (XXXX) and eventually stored in the field Local unit identification number (00042) of the electronic DMFA file.
  You can customize the following tables for the DMFA program in the relevant IMG step (Payroll Belgium > Social Insurance > Multifunctional Declaration (DMFA) > Master Data > Maintain Local Units) to meet your business-specific needs:
• T536C
  This country-independent table enables you to specify the address of a local unit ID.
• T5BD1
  This table enables you to specify one or more local unit IDs.
• The relevant Dimona report (RPCDIDB0) and eventually stored in the same field (20008) of the electronic Dimona file.

Use

This field is mandatory if the second quarter is processed and if the selected blue or white-collar is employed in more than one workplace.
