Definition
Determines whether the "replaced INSS number" and "applicant INSS number" are to be retrieved for the corresponding deduction.
Use
One may choose M - mandatory for the corresponding reduction, O - optional and nothing (initial) in case the field is forbidden (not needed).
Example
For deduction 1001 (structural reduction) this element has to be initial - not needed/forbidden, or 1121 this field has to be optional - O.
