Use

You use this field to record the percentage of the employee's net income that is subject to garnishment.

Depending on the kind of garnishment order or judgment, the employee is required to repay either an amount or a percentage of their net income. If the garnishment order stipulates that the debt has to be repaid by means of a net income percentage, you specify the percentage in this field
