Documentation
Definition
Specifies the originating wage type where the difference between the current and previous calculation is detected.
Use
The system identifies the retroactive wage types as a result of the BEIOH payroll function. The BEIOH payroll function detects differences between the original and current period, and then evaluates the Customizing and system data to calculate and assign retroactive difference amounts.
If a difference is detected between the current and previous calculation, the detected difference is specified as follows:
- The system specifies the detected difference in the Amount field.
- The system specifies the wage type used to store the detected difference in the Detection Wage Type field.
These wage types and corresponding amounts are used in processing retroactive taxable differences.
Dependencies
Retroactive tax difference amounts must be reported in separate BELCOTAX declaration zones. As a result, each retroactive tax exemption amount is stored in a separate wage type.
