Documentation
Definition
Indicates the date on which the selected employee starts the employment contract and the employment relationship begins.
Use
This field is either manually or automatically specified, as follows:
- If you prepare the declaration data using the Dimona Declaration: Preparation (RPCDIPB0) report, the system automatically specifies the contract start date. The value is stored in the electronic declaration file when the Dimona Declaration: Generate (RPCDIGB0) report is executed
- If you prepare and report the Dimona declaration manually (via telephone or Web site), you specify the contract start date manually
Dependencies
This field is used in conjunction with other declaration fields to uniquely identify the occupation period. The occupation period is used to prevent reporting duplicate and overlapping records to the Belgian authorities.
