Documentation
Definition
Indicates the actual number of worked days declared for the employee (student), for the corresponding quarter and year. The system defaults this number from the days data declared in the employee's DmfA declaration.
Procedure
You monitor the actual number of days worked to determine whether the student employee is required to make social insurance contributions.
As of January 01, 2012, the calendar year is the reference period for social insurance contributions for student employees. Within this reference period, a student employee can work a maximum of 50 days without making social insurance (SI) contributions. If the maximum is exceeded, then the student employee is required to make SI contributions.
Dependencies
The actual number of days (DmfA) has been reported as part of the employee's DmfA declaration (social insurance).
A comparison of planned and actual worked days (payroll) is available in the Contract Elements (BE) (0016) infotype. Note, the number of actual days in the infotype record is defaulted from payroll results.
