Definition

Refers to the kind of course that the employee will follow.

Use

The government has defined three types of courses:

• Language courses (code 1)
• Professional education (code 2)
• General education (code 3)

These types of courses are used in the notification in advance.

An extra code is defined for re-examinations (code 9). This code is not defined by the government, but it is needed to make sure that each course is declared only once, and in the right schoolyear.

Procedure

Each quota type you defined for educational leave should be assigned to one of these codes.

You should pay attention that all quota types for re-examinations are assigned to code 9, regardless of the type of course. Otherwise, courses will be declared twice, and reimbursements will be asked in the wrong schoolyear.
