Indicates whether historic Dimona declaration records are converted for use, according to the requirements of the Dimona declaration process (valid 2010).

This step is mandatory if you have existing (historic) Dimona declaration records.

Use

You select this radio button to convert historical data from existing Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records. These infotype records require conversion so that they can be used by the Dimona declaration process (valid from 2010).

The conversion updates the infotype records as follows:

• Populates the new Period ID (PERID) field with the contents of the old Dimona Number (DIMNR) field
• Populates the new Declaration Number (REFNR) field with the contents of the old Dimona Receipt Number (DICNR) field
• Populates new fields that are required to uniquely identify an occupation period
