Documentation
Definition
Indicates that there is a dismissal period for the employee. The start date for the dismissal period corresponds to the start date of the corresponding Contract Elements (0016) infotype record.
Use
This checkbox is used to determine the dismissal tax exemption amount that applies to the employee, as follows:
- If there is a dismissal notice period, you select this checkbox . During this period, a tax exemption is applied on both the employee's ordinary remuneration and the dismissal allowance
- IIf there is no dismissal notice period, then do not select this checkbox. In these cases, only the employee's dismissal allowance is eligible for a tax exemption.
Dependencies
The dismissal notification date is specified in the Contract Elements (0016) infotype.
