Definition

Indicates whether the Dimona declaration is submitted manually to the National Office for Social Security (RSZ/ ONSS).

Use

You select this radio button if you are planning to manually submit the Dimona declaration, either by telephone (vocal server) or via the Web site.

You submit manual Dimona declarations, for example, if you make adhoc or infrequent declarations.

• Adhoc
For example, your company has already submitted an electronic file declaration, however, you have overlooked a specific record. Alternatively, you may choose to make a manual declaration if you require immediate feedback regarding the Dimona declaration.
• Infrequent
For example, your company does not have many employees and you do not regularly process employee changes. You may choose to manually submit Dimona declarations after each hiring or leaving event for your company.

Dependencies

Regardless of the declaration channel (that is, whether the Dimona declaration is submitted manually or via file transfer), a TemSe file is always created when the Dimona Declaration: Generation (RPCDIGB0) report is executed.
