Definition
Specifies a universally unique identifier (ID) that applies to an employee's Dimona declaration. This ID is created for each unique occurrence of occupation period for each Dimona declaration. As a result, the form reference ID is an internal system equivalent of the Dimona period ID for each declaration.
Use
The system automatically generates a form reference ID for a declaration when the Dimona Declaration: Preparation (RPCDIPB0) report is executed.
For infotype records created before the new Dimona declaration process, the field value is automatically populated as a result of historical data conversion activities, as follows:
- Convert historical Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype data
- Populates the field with the contents of the previously used Dimona Receipt Number (DICNR) field. For more information, see the Convert historical infotype 0735 data field help.
- Update historical Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype data
- Populates the field but is dependent on whether the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0) is activated; either a declaration number is copied from the central table or a new declaration number is generated. For more information, see the help for the Update historical infotype 0735 data field.
