Definition

Indicates the time at which the selected employee starts with the company and the employment relationship begins.

Use

This field is either manually or automatically specified, as follows:

• If you prepare the declaration data using the Dimona Declaration: Preparation (RPCDIPB0) report, the system automatically specifies the contract start time. The time is stored in the electronic declaration file when the Dimona Declaration: Preparation (RPCDIPB0) report is executed
• If you prepare and report the Dimona declaration manually (via telephone or Web site), you specify the contract start time manually

Dependencies

This field is used in conjunction with other declaration fields to uniquely identify the occupation period. The occupation period is used to prevent reporting duplicate and overlapping records to the Belgian authorities.
