Documentation

Definition

Specifies the Dimona declaration number.

Use

The system automatically updates this field with the Dimona declaration number from the B2A Manager.

When a Dimona In declaration type is declared for the employee and accepted by the National Office for Social Security (RSZ/ ONSS), the relationship is assigned a Dimona period ID. The Dimona period ID is equivalent to the declaration number returned in the notification file.

For declaration types involving declaration changes (Out, Update, Cancel), the declaration is assigned a new Dimona declaration number. In these cases, the Dimona period ID for the declaration remains unchanged.

Dependencies

This field is the equivalent of the Receipt Number field, used by the Dimona Declaration (BE) (0735) infotype prior to 2010.

If you need to reference infotype records that were created prior to 2010, the infotype data must be converted for use according to the current declaration process. For more information, see Customizing for Prepare Central Table with Reference Data.
