Definition

Specifies the unique Dimona period identifier (ID).

Use

The system automatically updates this field when a Dimona In declaration type is declared and accepted for the employee. This declaration type signals the start of the employer and employee work relationship. When this relationship is declared and accepted by the National Office for Social Security (RSZ/ ONSS), the relationship is assigned a Dimona period ID. This identifier is the equivalent of the declaration number returned in the notification file. After the declaration is accepted in the B2A Manager (that is, the Dimona IN file is accepted), the system updates the Dimona Period ID field. You cannot directly change the field value using the infotype.

For declaration types involving declaration changes (Out, Update, Cancel), the Dimona period ID is used as the identifier for the period during which the change is applied. In these cases, the Dimona period ID for the corresponding declaration remains unchanged, however, the declaration receives a new Dimona declaration number.

Note that the same Dimona period ID is shared by several declarations during the complete Dimona cycle (Dimona IN, Dimona OUT, Dimona CANCEL, Dimona UPDATE).

Dependencies

This field is the equivalent of the Dimona Number field, used by the Dimona Declaration (BE) (0735) infotype prior to 2010.

If you need to reference infotype records that were created prior to 2010, the infotype data must be converted for use according to the current declaration process. For more information, see Customizing for Prepare Central Table with Reference Data.
