Field in the DMFA declaration that indicates whether the SI office has forced the presence of a section of type Worker
Record or CUNP.
Use
Possible values are:
0 - no particular action from the SI office
1 - subjected by default
2 - not subjected by default
Section CUNP allows only values 0 and 1.
Declarations belonging to Public Sector allow only values 0 and 1.
This field is mandatory from 1st quarter of 2006 on.
