Documentation
Definition
Specifies the personnel number of the employee's substitute.
Use
You only specify a value for this field if the employee is subject to the following:
- Career interruption, and only if the Half-time field indicates the employee is partially unemployed
- System of unemployment (SUC), for which a compensatory contribution is due and who is substituted for at least one year by an unemployed person (who was fully entitled to compensation)
You use this field if another employee is fulfilling the duties of the employee for whom the indemnity definition record applies. The substitute number is used for payroll calculations and subsequent DmfA reporting.
Dependencies
The system automatically determines the corresponding INSS number from the Social Insurance (BE) (0100) infotype. The INSS number is required by the DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report for further processing and is stored in the Substitute INSS (00749) field of the electronic DmfA file.
Example
For example, an employee has a two year career break that is recorded in his indemnity definition record as a career interruption. During the employee's absence, another colleague fulfills his duties; for the purposes of the indemnity definition record, this colleague is the substitute employee.
