Documentation
Definition
Specifies the reason why a complementary indemnity amount applies to an incomplete month.
Use
You use this field to indicate why a complementary indemnity amount applies for an incomplete month. For example, if an indemnity begins or ends during the course of a month or there is an absence (holiday) during this period.
This field is used to determine if a pro rata calculation (based on the number of days) has to be made.
If the payment amount applies to a complete month, you leave this field blank.
Note that the complementary indemnity amounts defined in this infotype always represent the total monthly amounts.
Dependencies
The value of this field is retrieved by the DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report for further processing and is stored in the Incomplete Month Reason (00959) field of the electronic DmfA file.
