Documentation
Definition
Specifies the number of days worked by the employee within an incomplete month.
Use
The system determines the number of days automatically when an incomplete month is specified for the employee in the Indemnity Payment (3271) infotype.
An incomplete month results in contributions in the following cases:
- Resumption of work
- Vacations covered by holiday payments
- Indemnity which begins or ends during the course of the month
Dependencies
This field is retrieved by the DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report for further processing and is stored in the Incomplete Month Number Days (00958) field of the electronic DmfA file.
Note:
If there is a non-working day for an incomplete month, this needs to be specified in the Incomplete Month Number Days (00958) field. Due to technical restrictions related to the TemSe format, the non-working day will have value 99 in the system log display of the DmfA Report. However, when the corresponding XML file is generated, this value will be changed to 00.
