Definition

Indicates the percentage employment for the employee for complementary indemnity purposes.

Use

The system automatically determines this percentage by comparing the contractual working hours for the employee with the standard working hours, as follows:

(Contractual working hours/ standard working hours) x 100 = percentage employment

The contractual working hours value is determined from entries in the following fields:

The standard working hours value is defined in the Hours per Week (BEUWG) feature.

You cannot directly change the employment percentage. The calculation of the percentage is based on data the day before the first payment date. The First Payment Date value is specified in the Indemnity Definition (3270) infotype.

This field is only relevant for employees with multiple debtors. The percentage is used in pro-rata contribution calculations.

Dependencies

This field is not used in DmfA reporting.
