Specifies the acknowledgement start date.

Use

You use this field to specify the date from which the recognition of difficulty or reorganization applies. If difficulty or reorganization applies, it can be specified at different levels, as follows:

• At company level, when the entire company has been recognized as being in difficulty or undergoing reorganization (it is the company that gives notice to the recipient of complementary indemnity)
• At employee level, when the reorganization applies to part of the company

The start date must occur between January 1, 1990 and the final calendar date of the end of the quarter concerned.

Dependencies

The value of this field is retrieved by the DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report for further processing and is stored in the Acknowledgement Start Date (00953) field of the electronic DmfA file.
