Definition

Indicates if the employee is not eligible to participate in the Capelo program.

Use

You select this exemption if the employee is not eligible to participate in the Capelo program, for example, if the employee is a contractor.

The combination of employer class and worker code determines whether an employee is elegible to participate in Capelo. However, some employees with this data combination (such as contractors) are not eligible and are therefore exempted.

The exemption is saved in payroll for information purposes only and is reported as part of the electronic DmfA file.

Note: For public sector employees, a Capelo exemption has consequences for their pension entitlements.

Note: This field is not reported for declarations made prior to the second quarter of 2011.

Dependencies

The value of this field is stored in the Social Insurance (0100) infotype; it is included in the payroll cluster tables SV and SVEVL. The value of this field is retrieved from payroll table SVEVL by the DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report and is stored in the PSDDclExemption (01012) field of the electronic DmfA file (Occupation Information section).

For more information about changing data settings in the BEEVL table, see Customizing activity BAdI: BEEVL Cluster Table Management.
