Documentation
Definition
Enter the number of disabled dependants who, unlike the employee's spouse and children, do not belong to the employee's family. This number is added to the other dependants to determine the total tax reduction.
The value of this field is retrieved by report 'Creation of Belcotax declaration tape' (RPCTXBB0) from the Belcotax cluster (CY/WY) when you create the Belcotax declaration tape, and stored in the Other disabled persons field (2.25) of data records 281.10, 281.11 or 281.20, depending on the tax slip you have selected.
Use
Procedure
When you create a new record, a default value is displayed, based on the Disability and % fields in infotype Family/Related Person (0021), all subtypes, except Spouse and Child. A person is considered as disabled when the percentage is greater than or equal to 66%. You can either confirm this value or change it.
Examples
Suppose an employee has a dependant disabled mother. In this case, you enter '1' in this field and '1' in the Oth. Persons-Costs field.
