Definition
Indicates whether a number, rate or amount is retrieved from the wage type.
Use
You can use this field to determine what value associated with the wage type should be used. Possible field values include the following:
- Number (N) retrieves the value from the Number field of the wage type.
- Rate (R) retrieves the value from the Rate field of the wage type.
- Amount (A) retrieves the value from the Amount field of the wage type.
- Evaluation class 14 (M) retrieves the value from the evaluation class 14 value of the wage type, applying the corresponding 'BELCOTAX-Indicator' translation, and concatenating the value in the declaration field.
- Amount minus social insurance contribution (S) retrieves the value from the Amount field of the wage type minus the social insurance contribution. So, the value used equals the wage type amount minus the social insurance contribution (according to the rules that apply for the employee).
- Amount plus social insurance contribution (B) retrieves the value from the Amount field of the wage type and adds the social insurance contribution. So, the value used equals the wage type amount plus the social insurance contribution.
- Amount dismissal period (D) retrieves the value from the Amount field of the wage type. You select this option if you want to consider the amount of a wage type during the dismissal period. Only when the Dismissal Period flag is selected and the Notification Date has been defined on the Contract Elements (0016) infotype, is the wage type amount added to the selected zone.
- Amount dismissal allowance (E) retrieves the value from the Amount field of the wage type. You select this option if you want to consider dismissal allowance amounts. Only when the dismissal Notification Date on the the Contract Elements (0016) infotype has been defined, is the wage type amount added to the selected zone.
Dependencies
If the wage type comes from the Additional Tax Amounts (BE) (3207) infotype you cannot use a rate or number. Only values associated with amounts can be retrieved (which means that only options A, S , M, B, D, and E are valid).
